Lucas is passionate about humans: how they move, interact with and respond to their environment. He loves learning about human systems (nerves, muscles, joints and more), then testing and applying researched techniques to optimize performance. Lucas loves working together with people to help them navigate their recovery process – from sports injuries to persistent pain.
Lucas is an outdoor enthusiast and he loves board games, sports, human movement, neuroscience, camping, and a variety of other shenanigans with his lovely wife and two wild kids.
